All sales are final and all products are sold AS-IS unless the product is covered under warranty. All products sold or distributed by Casa USA are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Orders must be cancelled within (3) working days or parts will be automatically shipped to you. Cancellation’s must be authorized by Casa USA before a cancellation is final. Depending on the progress of the order or the order type their may or may not be a cancellation fee. Special Order items are not refundable, and can not be cancelled once a order has been placed. Any items that are claimed under warranty must be sent back if the reason falls under what the limited warranty covers for the particular product. Any products shipped back must be shipped and paid for by the buyer himself. There are no refunds after sales have been finalized and shipped.


All sales are final and authorized chargebacks will be responded to.


Due to the nature of our business Casa USA recommends a professional for installation and/or modification for all of our products. Our products are aftermarket, and not OEM equipment and may require modifications to fit your vehicle. We are not responsible for improper installation or modifications to the vehichle or product. All coilover installations require an alignment and corner weight service for proper installation. Casa USA is not responsible for damage, whether bodily or damage to your automobile during or as a result of this upgrade.


We try our best to have a consistent stock of items. However, if we run out on an item, your order will be placed on backorder, and we will ship your order as soon as possible. Items are shipped uninsured, and with no signature required unless requested otherwise by the customer. All items are shipped to the billing address only only. Any shipping address that differs from the billing address must be approved prior to payment. Back order(s) must be cancelled within three (3) working days or parts will be automatically shipped to you. We always attempt to ship orders the next business day. If not on BACKORDER, allow 5-10 business days for shipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges returns/shipping.


Merchandise signed for is assumed delivered and un-damaged. Also Casa USA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once an item has shipped. Please remember to inspect all packages for any exterior damages, such as torn, crushed, or opened areas. This may result in products being damaged due to mis-handling of carrier. Always inform carrier at point of delivery time of any damages seen on packages and request carrier to note all seen damages on documentation of delivery. Once you sign for delivery, you assume all responsibility of products shipped. Products that are damaged through negligence of the shipping company customer must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging material. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing or acceptance of your shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. Casa USA will not be held responsible for any damages or claims due to the negligence of the shipping company, nor will Casa USA replace or credit any damaged products caused by delivery. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. Carriers such as USPS, and UPS does not require a signature for the delivery to be completed. So please make sure that someone is present, or you have someone that can be responsible for the shipment if you are unable to be at the location you have provided. At not time are we responsible for the freight once it has shipped.


All orders must be prepaid in full. We accept all major credit cards, and all information must match such as name on the card and billing address. Casa USA also accepts Money Order, Certified Check, and Cashiers Checks only after approved by owner.


All special orders require pre-payment in full and sales are final after order is placed. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.
